Nikon has just announced the new AF-S DX 18-200mm replacement, notable improvement being the VR II vibration reduction engine. An interesting and much welcome addition to the Nikkor DX range, effectively a normal lens for the Nikon DX sensor digital SLRs.  A very usable f/1.8 maximum aperture too, ideal for the low light situations.
